Doug’s extensive career spans multiple senior roles, where he has consistently delivered exceptional results. His expertise encompasses a wide array of property types, including multifamily, hospitality, retail, office, and raw land development. Ryan Murray

In addition to his work at EM Capital, Ryan supported Greater Boston area developers by analyzing and executing residential and mixed-use development projects. He began his career in investment banking, advising companies across various industries on mergers and acquisitions.
Ryan holds a master’s degree in finance from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Stonehill College, where he was also a pitcher on the baseball team.
Tim Dowd
Capital Markets Advisor
Prior to his work in real estate, Tim was Vice President of Business Development at a biotech startup focused on disinfection and biodefense technology. There, he led U.S. sales operations and drove a record year in new customer acquisition.
A native of Topsfield, MA, Tim earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Harvard University, where he was a standout on the football field, earning All-Ivy League honors. He brings the same discipline, grit, and team-first approach to his work in real estate and capital markets.
