LandUP Capital is pleased to welcome Connor Smith to the team. Connor brings a strong foundation in brokerage, investment sales, and real estate financial analysis to LandUP Capital. Prior to joining the firm as a Capital Markets Analyst, Connor worked at Marcus & Millichap in Boston, where he independently originated investment listings and managed transactions through the full sales lifecycle, including underwriting, valuation, marketing strategy, buyer outreach, negotiations, and closing coordination. He was recognized for achieving the fastest timeline from start date to first completed closing in the history of the firm’s Boston office.
Originally from Massachusetts, Connor earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Yale University, where he was a two-time Ivy League Champion and All-Ivy League selection as an offensive lineman on the football team. He was also actively involved with the Yale Real Estate Group, participating in coursework and financial modeling focused on development, investment analysis, and real estate markets. His background in high-level athletics shaped the competitive, disciplined, and relationship-driven approach he now brings to real estate and capital markets.
