We would like to welcome Ryan Murray to the LandUP Capital team! As a Senior Associate, Ryan contributes to LandUP’s Capital Markets and Acquisitions functions, assisting clients in identifying debt and equity solutions as well as sourcing investment opportunities for both clients and the firm. Prior to joining LandUP, Ryan led acquisitions at EM Capital, a private real estate investment firm primarily focused on the multifamily asset class. During his tenure, he played a key role in scaling the firm’s portfolio.
In addition to his work at EM Capital, Ryan supported Greater Boston area developers by analyzing and executing residential and mixed-use development projects. He began his career in investment banking, advising companies across various industries on mergers and acquisitions.
Ryan holds a master’s degree in finance from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Stonehill College, where he was also a pitcher on the baseball team.
