LandUP Capital is pleased to announce that Tim Dowd has joined the team as a Capital Markets Advisor. Tim contributes to LandUP’s growth by assisting clients in structuring debt and equity solutions as well as sourcing and analyzing investment opportunities for both clients and the firm.
Prior to joining LandUP, Tim worked with Bandar Development, a Massachusetts-based real estate development firm, where he was directly involved in acquisitions, underwriting, and digital strategy. In addition, Tim gained hands-on development experience, working on-site to manage project execution and ensure financial and operational goals were met.
Tim’s area of expertise is multifamily development and construction in New England, greater Charleston, and South Florida. He resides in Dorchester, MA and holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Harvard University, where he was a two-year starting tight end on the varsity football team and Ivy League Champion.
